At the October meeting in Temple, Bill Lombard presented an outline for the Al Langley Memorial Scholarship. For those of you who did not know Al; he was a dedicated volunteer who had been with A.T.V. Maine since the beginning. Al was always the one who stepped up to help and never complained or wanted recognition for it. At the time of his death, he was the Central Regional Vice President. A.T.V. Maine would like to honor Al Langley by rewarding a scholarship each year to a deserving student.
This is a basic outline and details will be refined in the coming months.
