Today the IF&W committee carried over LD 341 (3500) bill, and the bill sponsors of the other overweight bill killed their bill, so that LD 341 is the only bill left. The committee will study LD 341 over the summer break and then take up LD 341 in the next session in January.

ATV Maine and our lobbyist decided to testify in the not for nor against portion of the hearing. I have been accused of playing both sides.
