Everyone has been asking “When will Maine have an ONLINE safety course”. The answer is they have always had one, now its improved. The course is an alternate course geared for kids ages 12 to 16. The course is for both ATV’s and Snowmobiles. The cost is $34.95 for the online version.

Yes, they still offer the in-person classes, that is also for kids 10-16. That list is also on the state’s website. Kids that wish to operate their own machine must complete one of these courses.
